Use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with our Terms and Conditions as set out below.
Seymour Toyota reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the consumer. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as so amended.

At Seymour Toyota we value your privacy and under the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Policy, any personal information we collect will be kept securely. This statement is our commitment to you, the consumer, of your privacy and the information we collect and hold.
We do not require consumers to disclose any information about them in order to browse our website and only require minimal information in order to make a purchase. Certain information, such as delivery addresses, is stored for your convenience but this information is not accessible to anyone but you.
We will treat personal information we collect from you as strictly confidential. Other than as set out below, we will not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell, rent, distribute, share or licence to any third parties any personal information that you may have provided to us, unless we have your prior express consent to do so.
When you register on the Seymour Toyota website you are automatically added to our mailing list. GST
GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% is inclusive in all our prices. All prices stated are in Australian dollars.

Prices of products, service, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time. If stock is unavailable, a customer service representative will contact regarding an alternative selection.

(Note: As you move around on the site, you may notice that some pages display http in the address window, instead of https. Delivery & Returns
Excludes motor vehicle sales.
Delivery
• All goods must be signed for by the customer.
• Delivery should be received within 3-7 working days.
• Delivery is free of charge within Victoria, delivery to all other states will be advised prior to purchase.
You will be asked to specify an address that delivery can be made to and signed for during business hours. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you at that address asking you to contact the courier and arrange an alternative delivery or pick up of your order.
We do not deliver to any countries other than Australia.
Returns
Refund/Exchange We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please contact us.
Returns Policy We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or online credit note.
Items must be returned within 15 days of original dispatch date unworn and unwashed. Seymour Toyota does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to Seymour Toyota via non registered post.
Faulty Item Items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, Seymour Toyota will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
If You Change Your Mind Seymour Toyota is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, been worn or washed and the item must be in "as new" condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for new items required by a customer. Seymour Toyota will either exchange the item and add re-delivery charges or refund the amount of the item, less freight charges. |
