James Cabandong had been very helpful and pleasant whilst we were making our decision on which car etc, today on pick up he showed great patience with very clear helpful explanations which we appreciated - altogether making our purchase an enjoyable experience.

Customer Service Second to None
I recently purchased a second hand Toyota Hi Lux from Seymour Toyota, I picked it up last Friday.
I would just like to say that the members of your team that I dealt with were excellent.
Although I only purchased a car for $7,500 the level of customer service was second to none. My first contact was with John and then I dealt with Danny Younan, nothing was too much trouble. I congratulate you and your team for the customer service that is rare to find these days and would not hesitate to recommend Seymour Toyota to anyone.
I will be back next time I wish to purchase a car.

White Glove Approach
I washed and detailed Kris's 86 today, which reminded me to thank you for looking after us on the last visit.
Not only has Max and his team well and truly eliminated that annoying rear parcel shelf 'creaking', but there wasn't so much as a fingerprint left on the car to indicate it had even been worked on. I know they always take extra care with her 'show car', so please let them all know their white glove approach is much appreciated.
Kris received a brief phone call late last week and gave you 11 out of 10 for the service. We haven't seen the usual online survey from Toyota yet, but our response will be the same. If there is any other avenue we can provide positive feedback to Toyota HO, just let me know.
